We live in a fast-paced world. For the call center associate, the ability to multitask is critical to ensuring that the caller has a satisfying experience and will remain a loyal customer. This useful course is designed to improve the call center associate’s ability to handle calls. Associates will learn and practice various tips and techniques for improving their reading comprehension, particularly as it relates to multitasking. Additionally, participants will be encouraged to share the practices that work best for them and that may be helpful to others.
