It is to bring another out of his bad sense into your good sense.” This course takes a cue from Emerson, presenting strategies on how to listen more effectively through a unique tool. It also encourages conversation and dialog, helps participants state their objectives and position powerfully and persuasively, and teaches them how to avoid aggressive styles of communicating.
