Introduction to Routing Protocols

Geoff Myers

Category: TCP/IP & Routing Protocols

Length: 8–16 hours

Prerequisite: None

Introduction to Routing Protocols provides participants with the operational concepts behind IP routing protocols used on the Internet. Working with complex modern routers requires a thorough understanding of how the Internet and network layer protocols interoperate. Participants develop the skills to analyze and solve common real-world network communications problems. Skills include, but are not limited to, calculating routes, adapting to network changes, reducing network overhead, and updating to IPv6.
