The purpose of this course is to teach technicians to understand and appropriately respond to the needs of customers in a way that promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty — the essentials for survival and profitability. The course will address the needs of both the technician and the customer. It is divided into two sessions: Session one addresses the needs of both the technician and the customer, and session two focuses on the customer’s needs and what the technician has learned and can now do to meet those needs.
