Router crashes can be attributed to software and hardware failures, and even a combination of the two. This course provides a comprehensive introduction to troubleshooting Cisco router problems. It is designed to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of different methods and router modes that can be used to identify and correct issues with Cisco routers. Topics covered include configuration registers, different router modes, and password recovery. Upon completion of this course, participants will have the skills necessary to troubleshoot the most common problems typically encountered with a Cisco router. Hands-on lab: The last portion of class can be a hands-on simulation.
